This is a gorgeous vintage dress most likely from the 1980\'s or 90\'s made with a black stretch on top and the bottom is a more formal fabric. It has a sexy fitted wrap style bust, gathered waist, and a full skirt. This is shown with crinoline (not included).

Length- 45-1/2\" Laying flat measuring from the shoulder down to the hem
Bust- approx. 32-34\" at the armpits
Waist- approx. 22-26\"
