Here\'s your chance to own a piece of classic Americana!The tag dates the jacket to 1950s (1960s and later tags have R and/or MR added). Condition: Pre-owned, but as close to mint as you can get for a 60 year old jacket. The denim is crisp and rigid, the jacket clearly has never been washed. A couple of denim slubs here and there where the fabric has rubbed off slightly.The label has (presumably) water stains as seen in the picture (I have made no attempt to remove them). A couple of pin-sized white spots at the front where the denim has rubbed off. The union tag is clean and crisp. All the buttons are original, with none missing. The wool lining is in excellent shape with no holes. There\'s some excess denim on the right shoulder (second-last picture) but I haven\'t trimmed it to preserve the historic integrity of the garment. Same with a piece of stitching loose on the right pocket (last picture). The jacket will be packaged carefully in a box, but may still require pressing.
