Unmarked, made in Japan, possibly Lefton? but unsure.
Excellent vintage condition! No chips or cracks in the ceramic, there is some light wear/roughness/paint flaking on the top of the right wing, but very minor. There are also some areas on the edge and underside of the hat brim that did not get the clear glaze so is a more matte finish. Bell still has original clapper.
