This sale is for 2 Ventriloquist Dolls, 30\" Charlie McCarthy and 30\" Mortimer Snerd with large Adam\'s Apple. Included with the 2 dolls is an instruction sheet for learning the trade. It was created by the Uneeda Doll Co. These are made by the Juro Novelty Co.,and are marked clearly on the backs of their necks. They starred on TV and radio on the Edgar Bergen show. Both are in original outfits, and have working strings and mechanisms and are both in nice condition and have very little paint loss on their vinyl heads. Charlie is missing his hat and monocle which you can buy on . I have given him a pair of eyeglasses to replace it. He may have a few spots of paint missing on top of head and his hands are a bit discolored from probably fading from his suit. Clothes on both are fairly clean with some minor soil here and there. Clothes untorn except for Mortimer\'s top snap on his red vest has some minor repair and he has a new straw hat that is a bit large for him. Charlie has a new vintage necktie. Neither fellow has shoes. Bodies are clean and undamaged. Non smoking home.
