Heavy and Large Antique 1886 Webster & Bro #23 - hand engraved tea/coffee pot Double insulated.
E.G. Webster & Bro from New York - insulated with attached closing lid and worksgreat. It is marked on bottom: “Quadrupleplatehard white metal #23” and “E.G. Webster& Bro N.Y.” Manufactured anytimebetween 1875 to 1886. It is Silver onCopper. Webster was sold to InternationalSilver Co in 1928

Measurement: 12 ½ inchtall x 11 inches wide

This Victorian silver tea pot is an exceptional gauge of silver, exceptional quality and in good presentation condition. The cast and chased decoration is very sharp and the bright cut engraved decoration is very crisp.Full hallmarks struck to the surface are very clear.

CONDITION:

Item is over 125 years old.In great condition, but for 4 small dents onside (2 on each) –please see pics. Some parts of surface near on lid have area of plate loss orperhaps will vanish if polished.This pot is not polished to preserve original patina.
