Nice Condition, slightly \"ragged\" around the outer edges w/some light \"staining\" + some of the pages are loose; light staining/\"foxing\" throughout; otherwise, o.k. Written in brown ink on fine, laid paper. Beautiful, old-stylescript writing. Multiple signatures inside document.
