Very Rare 1898 Trenton (NJ) State Fair Souvenir Milk Glass Dish:

Up for offers is a very rare milk glass souvenir trinket dish from the 1898 Trenton State Fair in Trenton, N.J. As depicted, the beautiful dish has lettering in a dark gold-colored paint (very legible), and it is adorned with some small yellow and red flowers at right. There appears to be some remnant green paint around the scalloped/frilled edge of the dish. The finely detailed dish, which measures approximately 5.25\" by 2.25\", is very delicate and in amazingly good condition for being almost 120 years old. It has no cracks or chips, and I suspect that it was stored away safe but forgotten for decades. Given its scarcity, I would say that this would make an excellent addition to any collection of the Trenton State Fair or agricultural fair memorabilia. (I was very tempted to keep this one for myself.)
