A rare hand painted dance pair by Hutschenreuther.

Model # 1597

Modelled by Carl Werner in 1937 and only produced a the factory until 1953.

Painted in natural tones, the girl wears ayellow, green and gold tutu,while the man wears a yellow shirt,

brown waistcoat and matching ballet tights.

Marked on base with green Hutschenreuther lion Selb Germany Kunstabteilung.

Early model dates to 1939.
