This sale is for the antique NUT BIRD item shown.

This is a rare YZ nut bird piece comprising an old dinner gong, as can be seen.

I was not sure of the origins , but close inspection revealed the remains of the YZ stamp on the base, as shown.

This is an antique piece which has been used and as such it is not as new e.g. you would need to use something to attach the gong to the bird\'s Bakelite beak, but overall it is in very good condition, as you can see.

This is 25 cm tall and quite heavy hence the high overseas postage costs.
