Super rare 1981 Heritage Eagle up for a 5 day sale. I believe this lightweight camper was made in Indiana by Heritage RV. I only seen oneother similar to it on the net. It weighs only 2,040lbs.(per weightslip and title). Tows great at highway speeds and has nice working electric brakes. The ST175/80/R13 tires have great tread.The bearings are greased. Spare is older and holds air. It\'s ready to tow home and make it your own,

I had areas of the roof re-coated and some caulking done recently for preventive maintenance. No leaks! The interior is still in pretty good condition for its age. No evidence of any mice, smoke, or funky smells! Still has a newer smell inside and retains its nice original cushions, window treatments, etc...

Only minor leaking occurred near two roof vents, near one rear corner, also in the ceiling shower area. Really not bad at all just some touch up and paint is needed. I left these small areas alone for a new owner to see that they\'re really minor.

The floor feels good to me, some flexing over the years from foot traffic in this lightweight camper is noticeable. No soft spots. Some edging is missing along the table and counter. The paneling looks good all around with no visible water damage either. The entry and screen door rub at the bottom when opening and closing.

The Dometic brand fridge stilllooks great although it did not turn on.The furnace is untested, looks as if it was barely used over the years, The stovetop works,one knob is missing.The water pump turns on,rest ofsystem untested. Interior lights all work except the one above sink,just needs a bulb. No battery to test 12v system. I only have keys for the battery and fridge access compartments. No door key.

The camper has dings, dents, scratches,mainly on the curb /entry side. The front has only one dent, the back has a very tiny dent ,the streetside has little to no dings or dents to speak of. Theentry side had its stripes painted over why, I don\'t know. Perhaps the paint can be removed to uncover the stripes.

The interior height is 6.1ft with the bed sizesapproximately48x80 front and38x80 rear. The trailers body measures 14.6ft and total length is 17.9ft from farthest point tip of tongue to outside rear mounted spare tire.All the windows are intact and threehave screens and open.
