Excellent condition Nickel plated brass reproducer. As you may know most victor orthophonic phonographs wereequipped with a reproducer made from pot metal. The materials in the metal for these reproducers would swell and crack over time and eventually would crumple to pieces. The early ones were made from brass and are notsusceptible to the atmosphere as the pot metal ones. These are few and far between but here\'s your chance to own one of the good ones!
This one has not been rebuilt but as you can tell from the video below, thesound isincredible. JUST CLICK ON THE IMAGE BELOW TO HEAR) I don\'t detect any leaks in the originaldiaphragm. Polishes up nice. This one is ready to go back to work and will give you years ofenjoyment of your favorite 78 records.
