This Civil War era gown is in terrible condition, it consists of an underskirt, an overskirt, a bodice and a partial corset like bodice. It must have been incredible in its time, but now shattering. The photos speak for the condition, you might salvage some of the burgundy velvet borders here and there, but there are still spilts in the silk between the velvet. Some of the narrow velvet trim looks like it could be cut off and used. Very poor condition. AS IS for salvage or study. Thank you for looking at my sale. Shipping based on 4.12 pounds.
