This is a beautiful hand woven basket tray from the Kenya Colony of Africa that is dated around the 1960\'s to 70\'s. It is approximately 17” long and has handles on either end of the basket. They are hard to see because they are woven so close to the body of the basket but, they\'re there. :) I don\'t know to much of it\'s history except the lady who owned it previously is the same lady who had the Wildebeest and Waterbuck horns I have listed. I also have baskets and trivets listed from the same lady and those too are from the same area and time. I don\'t know if they were woven by the same person or in the same village though. She did not share that with me. All pieces seem to be in good condition as far as I can tell.
