(Very Heavy 9.5 grams)There is a 9.6mm oval genuine opal mounted in the center. Also .20 carat genuine fine rubies, 4 diamonds, app .10ct, and two pretty marquise cut lapis lazuli 10mm each. Really a very nice look that will work just about any place you pin it.
