Offeringthis vintage 1903 Hudson & Thurber Co. pocket ammeter and leather case.Measuring just about 2 ¼” in diameter this ammeter is in very good overallcondition. The glass is clear and unbroken and nothing here is broken, bent orabused. The chrome on the back shows light pitting, green oxidation and lightscratches in several areas. The test lead is bare where it connects to themeter. I did test the operation of this instrument on a 1.2 volt battery and itworked just fine. It measured 25 on the battery so I’m guessing this to be alow current meter. The leather case shows its age and the stitching is comingloose on the one side but the snap still works and nothing else is damaged.Right out of a recent estate and offered with .
