Poem

FRIENDSHIP'S ROAD

Friendship is a chain of gold

Shaped in God's all perfect mold;

Each link a smile, a laugh, a tear,

A grip of the hand, a world of cheer;

As steadfast as the ages roll.

Binding closer soul to soul;

No matter how far or heavy the load,

Sweet is the journey onFriendship's

Road.

Scene is of a Colonial Village in the 18th Century,

ladies with hoopskirts and a man with his top hat.

Friends talking over a fence,

life was simple and friendship was important.

The village is colorful and these colors are still bright.

Beautiful soft colored flowers in corners....so romantic

The bay can be seen in the background with a sail ship.
