Thismediumpoint nib writes a smooth medium line, and oblique stub makes it the smoothest if you are a slightly more upright writer and cocked so the flat part of the nib is parallel to the paper. I learned the early stages of pen collecting and refurbishment from my grandfather. But, it wasn’t until his passing that I was left his tools and collection, and for the past 5 years, have made it a hobby for myself. I have improved my learning through the most prevalent pen repair books and have made industry connections through the fountain pen shows I attend. I can assure you that this pen was handled with the utmost care, as if I was preparing it for my own collection.
