These little guys are the 1930\'scomic character, Mickey McGuire, from the early 20th century comic strip \"Toonerville Trolley\". In the later film series which rivaled the \"Our Gang\" comedies the part of Mickey McGuire was the breakout role for actor, Mickey Rooney. These shakers are in fantastic shape given their age. The colors are bright, no cracks, repairsor crazing. Their only very minor defects are two flea bites on one and minimal paint wear on the other one\'s hat as shown in the pictures. There are a couple of manufacturing defects as expected from shakers of that time. They still have both their cork stoppers. They are cute little guys and would make a great addition to any collection.
