He has some chips and scratches , There are some cracks around the neck , We thought that maybe the head broke off , but the paint in some areas matches to well , But we can\'t say for sure . Some of the imperfection are from the molding . This is a tough call for us , we don\'t know for sure if someone tried to fix it or not . Please look at all 12 photos .
