The serial number, AE079857, indicates that it was manufactured in Elizabethport, New Jersey, USA in 1936.Prior to listing it was powered on and the light illuminated. When the pedal was pressed, the motor ran, the needle went up and down and the dogs fed a piece of cloth underneath the shoe. No further testing was performed and it is sold as-is, officially \"for parts or not working\" though it may work fine, may be faulty but repairable or may be shot - we just don\'t know! In fair cosmetic condition, with scuffs, scratches or marks. The case has lost its handle and shows wear - please see pics.This is the nicest one on - don\'t let it get away!
