Believe it to be plaster over papier mache\'. Is not marked but sure could be from Germany.

No chips or cracks. Colors bright and vibrant.

Stands about 4 1/8\" tall.

Bottom plug removes easily but very bottom layer of plug is gone and that\'s probably where country of origin was marked.

Part of one pupil is gone and there are two small paper bits in the bill. Light soiling.
