Vintage Celluloid & Tin Lithographed Wind-up HARLEM TAP DANCER Black Figure Toy, by Alps, Japan. Iconic image of a young black man dancing in Harlem at the corner of Lenox Ave and 125th Street. Materials used are tinplate litho, celluloid, and fabric. Figure is holding a cane and when wound, he jumps around depicting tap dancing performance on the street corner.

Measures 8-1/2\" tall from bottom of brick road to top of street sign.

Overall very good condition. Nice working order.
