Click to View Image Album This listing is for a vintage 1950\'s Flocked BOXER DOG Nodder Bobblehead with GLASS EYES. Is is marked JAPAN on the bottom. The nodder is heavy! Not cheap, lightweight, like the new ones of today, but WEIGHTED and heavier. The neck is plaster and it looks like the body is a paper mache. The dog is two pieces and the surface is a lightly flocked, fuzzy material BUT MOST of the fuzz has rubbed off now. You can still feel it on the bottom. Still looks great. It measures 6\" long by about 4\" to the top of his ears. The heavier nodders were used on car dashboards during the 1940\'s and 50\'s. Just typical wear from age and in very good condition.
