General Information-
I will ship out the item(s) within1 business days of receiving your payment via the United States Postal Service (USPS). If requested, I will ship via UPS but I prefer to ship via the USPS as it\'s much more cost effective.
Free Shipping-
When \"Free Shipping\" is offered it only applies to shipments being delivered within in the United States unless a shipping special is being offered for international shipments. Items will be sent out via USPS First Class Mail and insured for the full purchase price paid. Any items weighing more than 13 ounces will be sent out via Parcel Post when \"Free Shipping\" is offered.
Multiple Purchases/Combined Shipping-
I will gladly combine shipping for multiple purchases to one package to save you money. Please just let me know if you are planning on purchasing multiple items ending over several days, and I will send you an invoice with the combined total cost once all the sales have ended. Shipping costs are based on total weight of the combined package using the USPS or UPS current rates for the type of mail selected.
Handling Cost-
I charge an additional $0.75 per package for domestic (USA) shipments and $1.00 per package for international shipments to cover my cost for packaging supplies & a portion of the transit insurance costs. Supplies I use are typically bubble pack envelopes, bubble wrap, trinket boxes, tape, and tissue paper. I use these supplies to ensure your item(s) is securely packaged so it arrives in the condition you are expecting.
Domestic Mail-
Upon shipment,aelectronic tracking number will be assigned & linked to the sale for your reference. Packages over $250.00 will require a signature confirmation at an additional cost of $1.75 to the buyer. Shipments are insured for 100% of their purchased price through Shipsurance parcel insurance.
International Mail-
I prefer to ship international orders via 1st Class International Mail unless the weight restrictions for heavier packages require using International Priority Mail.Upon shipment, acustoms form electronic tracking number will beassigned & linkedto the sale for your reference. All packages shipped to destinations outside the United States valued at $500.00 and over will need to be sent via Express Mail International at the buyer\'s expense. Shipments are insured for 100% of their purchase price through Shipsurance parcel insurance. Please see my insurance terms for additional exclusions and conditions regarding international shipments.
Shop with confidence knowing your package has been automatically insured through Shipsurance parcel insurance for the full purchase price including the shipping cost. I pay for a large majority of the insurance policy cost out of pocket, and only charge my customers an additional $0.25 for domestic (USA) & $0.50 for international shipment coverage up to $500 USD which has been factored into my handling charge per package. The buyer will be charged an additional $0.50 per hundred dollars if they choose to insure items exceeding $500 USD per parcel. The shipping cost seen in the sale is an actual calculated value based on the total package weight, and that price does include shipping insurance. Please contact me immediately if your package is received damaged or is suspected lost during transit. Damaged & lost package refunds can only be given if you comply with the Shipsurance guidelines provided below..
1. All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received. Packaging and damaged goods should not be disposed of or released to the shipping carrier before a claim is completed as photographs will be required. Failure to comply can result in the denial of the claim due to insufficient packing.
2. If the shipment is sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS), complete claims must be submitted and received by Shipsurance within one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days of the shipment date. If the claim is for loss the Insured must wait 21 calendar days (Domestic shipments) or 45 calendar days (International shipments) before filing claim with Shipsurance.
3. All damaged property that was not repaired must be made available (given) to Shipsurance if requested. Shipsurance relies on the determination of responsibility made by the original Shipping Carrier to assist in substantiating the loss.
Exclusions and Conditions Regardling International Shipments:
Shipments sent to the following countries can not be insured: Abkhazia, Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola (including Cabinda), Bangladesh, Barbados, Benin, Bolivia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Burma, Burundi, Cambodia, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Central African Republic, Chad, Chechnia, Congo, Cuba, Djibouti, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gabon, Ghana, Guinea - Bissau, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Jordan, Kenya, Liberia, Libya, Mali, Mauritania, truck/rail shipments to and within Mexico other than as a connecting conveyance, Morocco, Niger, Nigeria, North Korea, Oman, Pakistan, Papua/New Guinea, Paraguay, Qatar, Rwanda, Senegal, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Slovenia, Solomon Islands, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Tanzania, Togo, Tunisia, Uganda, Venezuela, and Yemen,. Any location that would be in violation of any U.S. economic or trade sanctions including OFAC Restricted Countries. For shipments to Russian and other Commonwealth of Independent States countries (includes Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan) insurance coverage ceases upon touchdown of the aircraft at the airport of destination or upon discharge from the overseas vessel at the destination discharge port.
