This is a great wind-up Popeye on his tricycle with a bell that rings when going around in a circle.I tried to upload the video showing him in action but it didn\'t support the file.Tin Litho in very good condition. Arms and legs are celluloid.It needs a little cleaning up here and there...but no major damage or breaks.He measures 4 1/4\" high and 3 3/4\" long and he even has his pipe!Being sold as is. I\'m not sure if the handlebar is original....but it could be.Thanks for looking and good luck!
