Up for sale:
Vintage souvenir program for Roland Petit\'s Ballets de Paris. I believe this program is from the early 1950s. It was produced by Program Publishing Company in NYC. It was printed in the USA. The program measures approx. 11-5/8\" x 8-7/8\".
There are B&W pictures throughout the program, including pictures of Renee Jeanmaire, Colette Marchand, Gordon Hamilton, Belinda Wright & Polajenko, and Serge Perrault. The ballets included in the program: Carmen; Les Forains; La Croqueuse de Diamonts; Le Bal des Blanchisseuses; Les Demoiselles de la Nuit; L\'Oeuf a la Coque; Les Chaises Musicales.
Condition: Pre-owned. Acceptable condition. There was some exposure, probably stored in a garage. There is dirt and soiling along the top of the program throughout (see pictures). The staples are rusty. The program is not ripped or torn. There is no writing inside.
