Vintage 1957 Goebel Signed Charlot Byj 15. I know this is by Starling ,but the name has been worn off the paper label. This is a Ceramic Wall Plaque CherubThere is a flaw on this beautiful piece if you look at the pictures carefully there is a settlement crack around the neck of the baby it does not look like it is all the way thru On the tip of the star it is bent over you can straighten it outThere are no other cracks on the piece
