I am not sure if this unit is an Atlas or not as there are not markings. It has what appears to be a cast iron base. The pole extends upwards without issues and locks without issues. The threads on-top are clean and currently has a late model plastic head attached. The paint on the base is chipped and scratched. The chrome does show some wear as-well.
