Up for sale is this Vintage A Henckels Twin Brand 10” Hollow Ground Chef\'s Knife. This knife was found at a estate sale still in its original box along with some others. The knife is still New and Unused. The knife had some tiny age spots on the steel when I received it, but now after a little Polishing with Brasso it now looks new. The edge is factory sharp . Blade is straight and true.

Sorry Missed some of the DescriptionOverall the knife is 16\" long with the blade 10-3/8\" long and almost 1-7/8\" wide at its widest point. The only negative I found is overtime the wood handles must have shrunk a little and the rivets are not as flush with the wood handle as they must have been 30 plus years ago. No cracks and wood still tight. This knife has been sitting in somebody\'s closet for a long time before I found it. Look at photos and ask questions if needed.
