Self-compensating fl at balance spring
Index regulator Clock is in used condition: has wear, loss to finish. part of one of the red pads on the bottom is missing (does not affect function but i wanted to point it out).Dial, hands & numbers have wear & loss to finish. Perspex has some scratching (should be able to be polished out easily with plastic polish).I wound it up & let it sit for several hours. The clock works & kept good time but I do not guarantee its accuracy.
