This is a beautiful large art pottery vase made by Sasha Makovkin, it has a large image of a Quetzal a brightly colored bird from guatemala . the vase stands 18\" tall by 14\"wide and measures 3-1/2 inches at the neck opening it is in magnificent shape without and cracks or chips .it is signed Makovkin on the bottom and marked Quetzal .please look at the pictures and ask questions . I found the newspaper pictured inside the vase and estimate the age by the date . thanks for looking .
