This hand made watch Cuff is dated \"74\" and signed \"RT\". It may be old dead pawn. It is a thick silver ladies bracelet with stunning Turquoise stones. Weighs 46.3 grams. Definitely hand made. One of the decorative scallops is gone. The bracelet has not been cleaned or polished.
