This listing is for a vintage 1987 Francesca & Company Francesca Hoerlein Sadie plush cow. Until I found her, I had no idea that Le Mutt and Fifi La Femme had a cow friend, but here she is! :-)
Fifi has some staining on her horns and on the inside of her right ear, and there are some pulled threads on the insides of her ears and inside of her mouth. Her plastic eyes have minor wear. It appears that a few of the flowers on her head have fallen off of their stems, and some of the flowers and leaves that are present are a bit droopy and have small tears between their petals. Her hangtag has a little creasing and the remains of a sticker on the back. She measures about 14 inches tall.

What is teal to one person may be turquoise to another. I do my very best to describe items accurately, and please be aware that subtle differences of opinion as to the names of colors may occur.
