This is vintage 1990\'s Disney Store Belle dress size 4 . Not a costume. The dress has a nice floral pattern. Nice soft color not faded and a lovely picture of Belle on the bib which is removable ( see picture for detail ). There is also a nice thin crinoline underneath the dress to make it a little stiff and super cute puffy sleeves. This dress is in great shape ready to wear.
