Tom\'s Peanut Company didn\'t make as many blue jars as they did the Tom\'s black 5 cent sandwich jars, because the Tom\'s blue sandwich jars were made for just a few years when Tom\'s snacks change from 5 cent to 10 cent.
These Tom\'s Blue jars came out in the late 1950s and lasted until the early 1960s and were made for Tom\'s Peanut Butter And Sweet Sandwich Crackers, where the Tom\'s 5 cent black jars was made for peanuts and peanut butter sandwiches crackers.
Tom\'slarge blue sandwich jar and red top lid is in great condition, no chips or cracks, Tom\'s jar has factory mold bubbles and wavily glass, the blue writing is nice and bright, size is 9\" across and 13\" tall with the lid on.
