In good cottage chippy chic condition. The paint is a little chippy in some spots. The tops of the glass clovers feel a little rough along the edges. The original wiring is cloth covered. It has been tested and works. It\'s up to you if you want to re-wire it or not. It measures 9.5\" tall and 12\" wide. I believe the globe in front is a replacement.
