This is a wonderfully designed Mohair pullover by Modelli of Italy. Mohair sweaters were all the rage for a short while in the late 50s and early sixties, and are very hard to find in good condition. It features a wide cowl/shawl neck--very flattering--and front pockets, both in a popcorn stitch, and raglan sleeves.The color is a bright aqua, a bit more saturated than it looks on the screen.The size is 40, which corresponds to a US M or 8-10. It hits at low hip, with a slight blouson shape. Absolutely stunning and in great condition.
