The dress is a mini skirted shift with longsleeves open from shoulder to hem with rhinestone buttons creating a peekaboolook and open bell on the sleeve. It ismade of a substantial wool blend however the open construction makes this pieceeasy to wear anytime of the year. Thedress closes up the back with its original 20” metal zipper.
