This is a quilt with hand painted pansies set within a green background
Fabric painting was popular in the 1960s, and \"Tri-Chem\" was sold and taught thru home parties, just like tupperware. It was a fun hobby.
This quilt has a white background and green gridwork.
The flowers and leaves are hand painted on the quilt.
It is hand quilted at 6-8 stitches per inch.
Finished with a wonderful sawtooth edge detail.
It is hand bound.
It measures 90\" x 63 1/2\"
Freshly hand laundered.
There is a little fading of the pansies, one has a tiny 1/4\" slit in it. There are a couple of small age spots noted. No other damage.
A sweet, vintage, cottage home quilt to use and love.
