Here\'s a verypretty old 87\" x 78\" lightweight cotton quilt top that is complete but was never finished as a quilt. Each block is made up of 9 squares that look like diamonds, and then it looks as if smaller diamonds are connecting them. Entirely hand pieced. The background is ablue floral fabric with tiny flowers overall. A little fading or running of colors from laundering maybe. Very nice looking.From a non-smoking home; has a slight \"old fabric\" odor but this isNOT a musty smell, just from being in storage. Could use airing out, laundering. I bought a bunch of quilt tops back in the early 1980s with high hopes of using them for various decorative projects around my farmhouse, but then work and raising kids took up all my time. Now it\'s time for these unfinished projects to move on to someone who\'ll use them! Shipping weight is3 lbs. boxed.
