This sale is for the Erector set # 12 1/2, the rare mysterious walking giant set. This set appears to be in excellent condition for its age and seems to be complete including the record and 2 instruction booklets . Items are in good condition, and many appear never to have been removed from the box or used. The flaws that I see are that one of the instruction booklets has some water stains and the cover for the record has some water stains. The second instruction book seems to be in perfect condition. Additionally there is a small bit of rust on the back exterior edges of the box. This set weighs approximately 37 pounds. Please look at all pictures.
