Vintage Alaskan Natural Gold Nugget Letter D Pin or Pendant:

Stylized Capitol Letter \'D\' Handmade by local jeweler in Fairbanks Alaska early 1960\'s. The gold nuggets are 22k but the material for the backing is unknown . The back is stamped but it seems that it could be the id of the maker with a copyright mark. (?) The back has the appearance of gold but I am unconvinced that it is solid gold . The Gold Nuggets are however solid Alaskan Gold. THis is designed as a Pin , you could however use it as a Pendant if you want. In either case it is a beautiful piece of craftsmanship. THe Length is 7/8\" and 5/8\" at widest .THe total gram weight is 1.7gr. Please contact with any questions .
