Vintage/Antique Masonic Eastern Star Jewelry Pin/Brooches Rare & Old-1920:

I have 2 metal Masonic/Eastern Star pins/brooches that are in very good condition. I don\'t know much about them but they belonged to a distant relative that lived in Chicago. The gold & green star measures 1 7/8\" long & 1 1/4\" wide, has a crossed double gavel, & has tiny embedded stones that look like pearls on the left center. It has the owners name engraved on the back, Integrity, 1920, & No. 562. Someone told me that is was gold many years ago but I could not find a mark. The other is a round pink enamel circle with a gold center with a 20 in the center. It has a pink & green enamel top. a gold hanging piece with symbols & measures 2\" long & 7/8\" wide. The back says Illinois & 3908 & they have been stored in a black leather case that says Lilley Co. Columbus, Ohio. I tried to find what the pins represent but was unable to ever find a match & I know they are very old as one is marked 1920.
