117 K*R Simon & Halbig Mein Liebling Vintage Reproduction German Bisque Doll Compo Body

The Kammer Reinhardt doll company produced many types of dolls from 1866 to 1925.

One of the best known & most loved of all German Children Dolls is K*Rs the Mein Liebling, which was patented in 1901.

This beautiful Mein Liebling German character doll has a bisque socket head, beautiful blue eyes, upper and lower painted lashes and closed mouth.

The head was poured in white porcelain.

She is on a 15 piece fully-jointed composition body and stands approx 18\" tall.

She is a lovely antique reproduction Mein Liebling. She is not a mass produced numbered doll but a one of a kind artist doll.

Incised on back of head K * R Simon & Halbig 117 70. The artist has done a beautiful job and has signed with initials SL.

The body is composition, strung nicely and poses well.....NO cracks or broken fingers....excellent condition..

She has beautiful lips with closed mouth, delicately painted upper and lower lashes, finely feathered brows, nice sweet peaches and cream complexion.

The wig is not glued on.

The bonnets and wigs are borrowed and NOT included.

Furniture & stand Not included.

The Mein Liebling is one of my favorite dolls!
