My mom lovedeverything Asian. I now own herlife-time collection and need to find new homes for her treasures. Asian art was her thing and I don\'t know muchabout it, but I\'ll do my best to represent what I\'m putting up for sale. Please examine the photos closely. Theseitems were displayed by my mom for years and then have been boxed for tenyears, so everything will look better after a good wash.

This is a hard piece for me to categorize or describe. I\'m sure it\'s Asian, because of all of the Asian writing, but the metal frame looks Art Nouveau to me. It looks like stained glass, but it could actually be a stencil, or translucent fabric attached to the glass. The painting of the crane standing in iris has a delicate look. I have not seen anything like this. I love the delicacy and the extraordinary artistic talent of this piece. It is 7-3/4\" tall X 3-1/2\" wide, not counting the chain.
