This is a vintage pin from Avon in the original box (box has some water stains & marks but pin is perfect). I got this one and a cat one in a lot and as I collect cat jewelry am passing this one on for someone who collects or likes owls. It is a pin that can hold perfume in the back (not sure if you can still get that or not) and has hinges to open. Can just be worn as a really cute pin however. It measures 1 inch across and just under 2\" in height and has 2 green rhinestone eyes. Quite a cute one.
