This is a beautiful folding basket believed to be made of bamboo. Possibly made between 1940-1960.

Item is marked H5 on handle. There is one slat that has come loose that does not affect the items usability. This can be seen in the photos. I have put the slat back together in its proper spot but use may cause it to come loose again because of a small split in the slat. See last two photos for location of split.

This basket is perfect for carrying wild flowers, a small picnic, as a \"crab catcher\" or even just as a lovely display piece!
