Fabric is bright white sheer polyester organza with separate underskirt/slip. exquisite embroidery on bodice and bottom of long skirt. Delicate lace adorns bottom hem and puffed sleeves. Satin ribbon adorns empire waist but bow needs pressing or steaming. Single fabric covered snap closes at back of neck. Puffed sleeve elastic has lost a bit of it\'s stretch but are still puffy. In close to perfect condition for it\'s age.
