It looks practically brand new. All original & complete \"Stormy Weather\" outfit #949. (The doll is not included.) This was called \"Raincoat\" in 1963, and renamed as \"Stormy Weather\" in 1964-1965. Barbie can keep the rain away with a bright yellow thick sturdy trenchcoat style raincoat, rain hat, white rain boots, and yellow fabric umbrella with tassel. I also include a vintage plastic hanger.
This is mostly in near mint condition, including the umbrella with tassel. The raincoat and hat are made of very sturdy and thick. No stains or tears anywhere at all. The belt looks great - the buckle is still shiny, and there is practically no fraying. I see no issues in this outfit except for one tiny pin-prick hole on one of the boots, which I can\'t tell unless I look up close. Otherwise the boots are excellent too. Look at all photos to see the beauty of this outfit!
