Vintage Bewitched Writing Paper Note Pad:

I purchased this item at an estate sale. It is in used condition and does show wear from use. Top page is wrinkled up and has creases in it along with some rips and tears. There is ink on Agnes Moorehead teeth and face and Dick York\'s teeth. There are some stray ink marks on other parts of the cover. The pages have some missing and one with writing on it (see photo). Black binding is ripped and pages are loose at the top. Very old and very worn item. Maybe someone can use it.
